Main Hall
Our newly remodeled Main Hall is the largest event space offered in Sylvania with seating capacity of 275 guests. The Hall may host most event types including Weddings, Birthday Parties, Live Music Concerts, Military Retirement Ceremonies, Craft Shows and more.
The Hall features a hard-surfaced dance floor, stage area, full kitchen and bar. The entire facility is wheel-chair accessible including large, newly remodeled Rest Rooms and double door outside access.
Both Banquet and Round Tables are available for your use when renting.
Back Bar
Located next to the front of the Main Hall, the Back Bar is available for use when renting either the Main Hall or Patio at a nominal additional cost.
Small Meeting Room
Our small hall is conveniently located just off our parking lot entrance and has easy access to our Social Quarters and Restrooms. If food is being served, our kitchen is across the hallway.
This versatile meeting room will accommodate up to 50 guests. There is a 42” flat screen TV at the front of the room if needed for presentations or movie screenings.
This hall has hosted several HOA meetings, book clubs, government committees, birthday parties, gender-reveals and wedding/baby showers.
Local organizations, clubs, sports teams and groups receive access to this hall for FREE twice per year.
Kitchen
Our spacious Kitchen is a fully equiped commercial style facility with two deep fryers, a large gas griddle, ovens, a large prep table, double sinks, and triple refrigerators – everything needed to prepare your next group breakfast, luncheon or fully catered banquet.
Patio
Just beyond our Main Hall’s Double Doors you will find our spacious Patio with picinic tables, entrance contol fencing, and a large covered area to screen out the sun and rain. Its concrete floor makes it ideal for lunching, dining under the stars, or just lounging in the fresh air, even an outdoor meeting or live music event if that’s your preference. With easy handicapped access to this patio area and our newly remodeled inside restrooms, it will compliment any imaginable use.
Restrooms
Our newly remodeled Men’s and Women’s Rest Rooms are located immediately at the rear of the Main Hall. These fully Handicapped Accessible facilities feature tile floors and changing tables in both rooms with new fixtures throughout.
Backyard
The backyard behind the post is perfect for your outdoor events! Whether you’re planning a corporate adventure-style event for your staff, or a family reunion game of kickball – we have the space you need! Our yard is quiet and private – bordered by trees on 3 sides and open to the parking lot on the 4th. It may even serve as overflow grass parking for especially large gatherings or car shows.
Outdoor wedding ceremonies have also taken place in our yard, as well as “big-tent” events and fundraisers.
