The Friends and Members of American Legion Post 468 are proud to support many youth groups in the NW Ohio and SE Michigan area.
Boy Scouts of America
Troup 154 – Sylvania
A youth organization focused on character development, citizenship, and outdoor skills for young people. It offers various programs for different age groups and is supported by adult volunteers.
Cub Scout of America Pack 154 – Sylvania
Meeting at the American Legion Post 468, Cub Scout Pack 154 strongly believes in helping with life skills. The Pack’s Leadership encourages youth growth in many areas, emphisizing the Cub Scout core values for grades K to 5.
As part of their continuing commitment to their scouts, the Pack camps quarterly.

Because their Leaders and Volunteers usually follow their child through the program and exit into the Boy Scouts, they are always looking for fresh leadership. If you can help as a leader, please contact them. If you just want to help out, that can be arranged as well.
Buckeye Boys State
An annaul eight-day hands-on experience in the operation of the democratic form of government, the organization of political parties, and the relationship of one to the other in shaping Ohio’s government, sponsoed in part by the American Legion.
